Description of Automated Hook And Loop Sewing Machine
This machine is designed specifically intended for attaching magic tape, such as Velcro tape and any other tape onto other materials. The workstation has a built-in tape cutting device, and the tape feeding is also done automatically towards the sewing area. All of the operations from tape cutting, tape feeding, and sewing are all done in one single press of a button.
Compared with a traditional method where the operator must cut and feed the tape manually, this workstation can increase up to 70% production efficiency. Operation is very simple and easy to use, and it does not require a skillful sewing operator to use this machine.
