Installation instruction
The automatic pearl setting machine you buy installed and debugging finished in our company, but because of transportation problem some parts need separate packaging. Installation is not difficult,but should be in accordance with the instruction of the appropriate instructions to assembly. So that can guarantee the safety and successful operation of machine. We need ask for you to prepare usually tool, such as: wrench, scredriver, plier and hexagonal key and so on, as the assembly of mall parts. Prepare a air compressor (at least 1.5HP)( About this machine not include our sale contract ) 。
Before start of the installation, please take out and made sure all mechanical parts, and read carefully specification and instructions section diagram in the process of device is very helpful.
Installation program
- Plug in air pipe of compressor, this pipe install in front of machine.

Operational program
*please turn off power when you don’t need work it.
- First, please check all parts is right installation.
- Within correct specification size poured into nail box. “I Pressed power switch “ C” and open feeding switch “D” , turn the nail box, make the nail to pile into the flow channel and flow to the nails die.
- Open air compressor and air switch “R”
- Ajust red laser “G”
- To make pearl become soft, choose appropriate temperature “ E” (about 35 degree) ,after waiting for1-2 minutes before operation.
Change claw nail die
We suggest that do not often change claw nails die, unless you already know well how to operate the machine and study good instructions( please refer to how to change mould).
Change the pearl line
Select the specification size of pearl line “K” connection and close the other pearls “ K” disc is not fit for the tube hole.
Answer question
When you find the machine doesn’t work or some nails to port, you need to turn off the power supply, and looking for a reason.
The reason as below:
1) Check air compressor point of indeterminacy “Q”
Suggest the operating pressure of compressor is 10-25 Pounds/ between square Inch。
Carefully! Using high pressure( over 25 pounds per square inch ) will lead to damage the cylinder.
- Adjust the machine enough pressure of air inlet/exhaust door (usually, the company has identified it)
- When the nail is inserted into the upper die “N” or can’t smooth down to the port on the “L” please read the issues of claw nails in the mould)”.
- Pearls with a nail hit close time is different, please check the pearl pipe inclination to no adjustment

Maintenance of the parts
